Question: Is an insurance draft considered a check under Reg CC?
Answer: Yes, an insurance draft, if it otherwise satisfies the definition of check in the regulation, is a check for the purposes of Regulation CC. See Comment 3 to the definition of check in section II-K of Appendix E to Regulation CC.
