Customer File with two Surnames?

Question: We have an existing customer who has a business account in her maiden name (opened under her SSN). She recently came in and wanted to open personal accounts under her married name, (under her SSN). What is your opinion? Should there only be one customer file built? How would interest be reported? Would there be BSA issues?
Answer:
What is her legal name? All accounts should be styled as such, and you should have one customer record.
