UCC Article 3&4 Quiz

Employees who have in-depth knowledge of the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code are extremely valuable to an institution because they understand the institution's rights and responsibilities and the customer's rights when it comes to dealing with negotiable instruments and bank deposits and collections.
