Nanwa's World Famous Oriental Bar-b-que Sauce
1 cup catsup
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sherry
2 garlic gloves (minced)
Mix and let set overnight to allow sugar and salt to dissolve, and flavors to blend. Use on chicken, ribs, meatballs or as dip for chicken tenders
