Artichoke dip
1 Cup mayo (not salad dressing!)
1 Cup shredded parmesan
1 Cup chopped artichoke hearts
4 oz can of diced green chilis

Throw it all in the microwave, stirring at one minute intervals, for about five minutes. Make a bread bowl, and pour it in. Save the bread pieces from making the bowl for dipping. Dipping faves are bread, taco chips and veggies.
