Corn Santa Fe
Mix together:
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 small can chopped green chilies
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (opt.)
In a separate bowl, mix:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. I double this recipe when I am feeding my crowd.
