Pineapple Gingerbread Squares
1 - 14.5 ounce box gingerbread cake mix
2 - 8 ounce cans of crushed pineapple in natural juice
2 - 4 ounce jars of baby food pureed carrots
1/2 cup quick oats
1 large egg.
Mix until moist and bake for 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees.
