Sweet Potato Gratin
Mashed sweet potatoes (with lots of butter, salt & pepper)
Brown sugar to taste
Chopped Pecans to taste

Put the mashed sweet potatoes (hot) in a buttered gratin dish, sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans. Broil for a few minutes (watch it or it will burn) until the top is toasted nicely. (To make ahead: assemble as above and refrigerate. Put the gratin dish in the oven after the turkey is done (about 30-40 min at 350 degrees).
