Asian Salad 1 Tablespoon honey 1 clove fresh garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, minced ¼ cup rice wine vinegar ¼ cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil Two, 5oz packages of Earthbound Farm Asian Salad Mix or similar greens 1 cup snow peas, thinly sliced 2 medium tomatoes, quartered 1 cup crispy-style Chinese noodles Directions: Whisk together honey, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, rice Wine vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss the Earthbound Farm Asian Salad Mix with snow peas and tomatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing atop and toss again. Place crispy-style Chinese noodles atop and serve. This dressing also makes an excellent marinade for beef, chicken or fish.
