Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
1cup sesame oil
¼ cup toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce or (more to taste)
¼ cp rice vinegar
Combine in food processor or blender. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Alfredo Lasagna Without Noodles

1 pound ground beef or sausage (we use sausage)
1 jar Alfredo
½ t. black pepper
½ cup parmesan cheese
1/16oz container ricotta cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Brown and drain meat. Add alfredo sauce, pepper and salt. In another bowl, combine the ricotta, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses with the eggs.

Layer meat and cheese mixture, then top with mozzarella cheese.

Cook in a sprayed casserole dish at 350 for 45 minutes.
