Breakfast Casserrole
12 slices buttered toast, cubed
2 ¼ pounds pork sausage
2 cups sharp cheese, grated
1 cup of cornflakes, crushed
1 qt. milk
8 eggs
salt and pepper

Line greased casserole with bread cubes. Brown and drain sausage.

Place layer of toast in casserole, then layer with sausage then layer of cheese. Repeat the process until all is used.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper and milk. Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight.

Top with corn flakes and bake 45-60 minutes at 375
