Fondue Cheese Appetizers
Cut 4 ozs. Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, monterrey jack) into ¾ inch cubes.
Combine 1 egg and 1 T. milk. Dip cheese in egg mixture and coat with 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs; repeat.
Fry in 1 ½ inches of hot oil, at 375 for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
To make ahead:
Prepare as directed. Cover; refrigerate. When ready to serve, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
