Crabmeat Rangoons
Ingredients:
8 oz crabmeat
8 oz creamcheese, softened
1 green onion, finely chopped(I just used the top)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1 package of wonton wrappers
Oil for frying

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, place a small tablespoon of mixture in the middle of a wonton wrapper fold into triangle or half round, seal the edges by moistening with water or egg yolk, fry in hot oil until crispy (about 2 min) serve with mustard or sweet & sour sauce.
