Baked Brie
1 round of Brie
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of pecans or walnuts or almonds or a combination
1/2 cup of rum or brandy
Mix the nuts, brown sugar and liquor together. Let sit in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Put the brie in an oven-proof dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Then pour the nut mixture on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
Serve with crackers, sliced apples and pears.
