String Beans
1/2 lb of bacon. (Fried crisp)
5 or 6 red irish potatoes ( quartered and boiled)
In bacon drippings cook 1 large onion (finely chopped)
Add 2 cans of String Beans---to cooked onions. Cook until no liquid is remaining.
Add cooked bacon Add 1 or 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
Add 5 or 6 slices of Velveeta Cheese (crumbled)
Once cheese is melted, add 1 can of Cream of mushroom soup.
Gently stir in boiled potatoes
Place in a pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until top turns a golden color.
