Question: Our CIP policy allows us to use the CRA as a secondary source of ID, if the CRA contains an address discrepancy, can we still use the CRA as the secondary source of ID for CIP purposes
Answer: It is your CIP policy. Your policy determines what is and is not acceptable proof of identity.
