Question: We’re having a difficult time getting our red flags identity theft prevention program done, much less the training. Do you think it’s possible that we might get some relief from the November 1 compliance deadline.
Answer: No. We have not seen or heard anything that makes us think there will be any deviation from the November 1 deadline. You need to move full steam ahead.
