About Back-Room Staff
Answered by BOL Gurus Mary Beth Guard and Jack Holzknecht Bios
Question: Is it necessary to train back-room staff that has no responsibility for account opening or review? i.e. couriers, human resources and accounting?
Answer: Anyone who is in a position to be social engineered, anyone who is in a position to reveal information or perform a transaction for someone who
purports to be a customer should be trained. Your program should also include a
review of existing accounts to determine if any red flags are present.
