Risk Rating Customers
Many BOL users commented in the threads about a presentation they saw in outreach seminars relating to Risk Rating Customers under the new BSA exam procedures. We'd like to thank BOL user Kathleen Blanchard for helping us implement this request. And we'd certainly like to thank the authors, Rick Small of Citigroup and John Byrne from the ABA (now from Bank of America) for their permission to make this available. This is a 19-page presentation on developing and improving your customer risk rating process.
Training for FACTA Medical Information
BOL user Lady Lois Lane was looking ahead to April 1 when the FACTA medical rules are mandatory. Knowing that it was time to train, she gathered some information in the Threads from the posts of her peers. Since that was the key source of her material, she is returning it in the form of a PowerPoint presentation that you may customize and use for your training needs. Seventeen slides contain the basics of what is allowed, what is not and how this affects loan decisions and pricing.
Monitoring Information Collection Guide
Created by Jim Bedsole some years ago, this Monitoring Information Collection Guide was recently updated by Ellen Cavanaugh to keep up with the requirements now imposed on GMI. We know many found this tool useful in the past, and will find it useful all over again, without your hand-written notes on the side.
BSA/AML/OFAC Board Training
Two BOL users, Devil Queen and Empress EGB, pooled their resources and created some often-requested, higher level training for BSA/AML/OFAC. They created two versions of a PowerPoint BSA/AML/OFAC Board Training presentation. One version has more details in the slides than the other. Be sure to look at the speaker's notes to help you along.
