a PowerPoint presentation for board training. The training thrust is ethics, but the content includes RESPA kickbacks, your Code of Conduct and contributing components, as well as your Code of Ethics and Conflicts of Interest. It is 16 slides long and includes speaker notes for some slides.
- FACTA/FCRA Medical Rules - Cheat Sheet
a quick review sheet for employees, management and the board on the new FACTA/FCRA medical rules which became effective April 1. This quick learning tool includes a one page overview and two pages of icon-illustrated scenarios demonstrating the applicability of these new rules.
- FDIC Compliance Examination Procedures
The FDIC released a revised book of compliance examination procedures. BOL combined these into a single document that makes searching easier, and we've added bookmarks to the PDF document.
