Insurance Disclosure Rules
BOL Guru Barbara McGuire of UMB Financial Corporation has provided us with this insurance disclosure requirement tool. This one-page document breaks down the requirements and effects of insurance disclosures under Reg. Z and the Consumer Protection in Sales of Insurance.
Required Training
This new tool answers the common question of "what training is really required?" The second tool Barbara provided recently is a breakdown, with regulatory citations, of training that is actually required and not just industry practice. The five areas of true concern are covered in this one-page document.
