Special Terrorism Reporting Number

If you detect suspicious transactions that may relate to terrorist activity against the United States, don't delay. Take action to notify the authorities immediately. Call the special FinCEN hotline set up for that purpose. The number is (866)556-3974.
You may want to incorporate a line item into your BSA procedures for suspicious transaction reporting to specify that when the suspicious transaction relates to terrorist activity against the U.S., a phone call should be made to the FinCEN hotline.
