Question: Is there a standard on all clear questions throughout institutions? Should there be one question used bank wide?
Answer: Last things first -- use one question bank-wide. A standard? Work with your local law enforcement agency (first responder) and agree upon the question and answers. If your institution has branches in different cities/counties, you'll have to coordinate the question/answers with each agency. Remember that your local FBI office is typically not the first responder, so train your employees to contact the local police or sheriff's office first. Then remember to let your local FBI office know about the question/answers, too.
