Question: All employees of our financial institution wear name tags. At one time we had both the first and last name on them, but it was changed to first name only. It has been decided to go back to first and last name. I would prefer first name only, but management has other ideas. What are your suggestions? How do you feel about first and last names on name tags?
Answer: Having two names mentioned on the ID badge increases chances of using those names in social engineering or name-dropping schemes used to get private financial information from the bank.
