Kidnapping, Extortion and Bomb Threat Policies

Question: I am trying to place a policy for our financial institution to implement in handling kidnapping, extortion, bomb threats etc. Does anyone know where I might be able to order and get a sample policy addressing these areas?
A great resource on Bomb Threat policy is Bomb threat procedures. It has other training tools too, mainly related to security , including PPT files.
Another source armed robbery training manual, it has a section with forms which may be used to educate employees who may receive phone calls of a bomb threat nature.
