E-Statements Not Being Viewed

Question: Are we under any obligation to send customers who don't look at their e-statements, paper statements?
Answer: No. If you are monitoring this, to make use of that you may offer to revert back to paper, disclosing whatever costs that may entail. But you are under no more obligation to ensure an e-statement is being read than you are a paper statement. The notification here would be a courtesy, and an attempt to assist the customer in the event they're having any problems.
