Question: What is the verbiage required to be posted/disclosed on an ATM regarding fee notice and funds availability?

Answer by David Dickinson:
BIO AND CONTACT INFO
For the fee notice, there is no prescribed language. Refer to �205.16 for more information.

For the Funds Availability notice, refer to �229.18(c) and the model form in Appendix C-19 of Regulation CC.

Although the regulation doesn't specify language for the fee notice, any network to which you belong may have required language. Check your network operating rules to see what, if anything, they require.
