FRB Consumer Compliance Handbook
The Federal Reserve Board updated their Consumer Compliance Handbook in January 2006, then added a CRA examination section in July 2007, updated it again in November 2007, and yet again in June 2008. The update contains a new chapter covering section five of the Federal Trade Commission Act and the joint statement on unfair or deceptive acts and practices by state-chartered banks issued by the Board and the FDIC. It also corrects a statement in the chapter on Regulation CC regarding general exception notices. You may navigate this 499 page manual using the bookmarks and hyperlinks in the PDF file. This is a larger file, but is one download and is easier to search and navigate.
