Community Development Report - by State, by Lender
Len Suzio, with GeoDataVision, has provided BOL with another CRA document that will help you. This is a report of the most currently available Community Development Loans - for 2004 and 2005, broken down by state and by lender. The report is released in "raw" form around August of each year and is based on the prior year's data submissions. When it comes to community development loans, how much is enough? While we can't answer that one for you, peer analysis and comparisons can help. And that is what you'll find here.

The 2004 report is 96 pages and lists the states, the lenders within them, and the number and dollar of CD loans.

The 2005 report is 67 pages and has the same type of data. This second year will allow you to compare yourself to the industry and peers as well as look at trends. The 2005 report is also "bookmarked" so you can quickly go to the state data you want.
