Reg CC Resources
Reg CC Resources for Compliance and Training
- Reg CC Date Availability Calendar/Spreadsheet from Andy Zavoina.
Updated 12-14-07. Make sure you have the latest version -- and watch the short online video to ensure you know how to use it. It is date-specific, and has been updated for use during 2008. Be sure you turn on the Analysis ToolPak-VBA as noted in the steps on the Output tab. Also, the business day is set to go forward based on a 2 PM cutoff. But any date may be put in that cell. Thanks to Jim Bedsole for writing the easy selection interface tab.

- Reg. CC Reference Guide Patrick Ryan of Citizens Commerce National Bank has provided some useful tools. Here is his Reg. CC Hold Notice and a separate Reference Guide. These tools helped Patrick's tellers. They also print these in carbonless copy sets for retention and the address (which you can change since this is in Word) will fold and show in a window envelope for efficiency. You may find these useful when customizing your own forms and training. Thanks to Patrick and other contributors, you don't have to start from scratch.
- Funds Availability Quick Reference Guide Gloria Griffin of Patrick Henry National Bank said she was compelled to "return a little to BOL" for the assistance she has gotten here. She is sharing her Funds Availability Quick Reference Guide with all those who've assisted her and need some Reg. CC tools. This three tabbed Excel worksheet provides instructions, information on check types, hold types and when funds should be available. There is a page in color and another in black and white. The third page contains definitions. Whether you need a training handout or a cheat sheet this may fill your need. In the Excel version, you'll be able to customize the routing numbers for what is local to you.
Right click to save these to your computer.
