Regulation CC Alert!

The final part of Reg CC is scheduled to go into effect on September 1, 1990. The Federal Reserve Board had proposed some changes to Congress, including an adjustment of next day availability on non-proprietary ATM deposits and a capability of holds on over-the-counter deposits of next day available items. It appears now that none of the changes are going to be made. Our sources tell us Reg CC will more than likely go into final form on September 1 of this year. You may want to plan accordingly. We will keep you as up to date on this as possible.
