The Ain't Misbehavin' Referral Form?

A banker in the Bank Secrecy Act session at the American Bankers Association Compliance Conference asked Rich Small from the Federal Reserve if the powers that be have thought about changing the name of the Criminal Referral Form. Some bankers are uncomfortable using the term "criminal" in filling out these reports on customers.

Rich said he knew of no proposal to change the name, but he wondered if we might want to rename it the "Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Form?"
