Negative Economist

One of the "hidden" problems in the upcoming Year 2000 (Y2K) says economist Edward Yardeni is the bank anticipating problems among customers who the bank feels have not prepared for the millenium properly. The bank may cause further problems by refusing to lend to these customers, and cause failures that might not otherwise occur.
