Make your schedule clickable. Combine your personal and business calendars and post them online. That way you have access to the work calendar at home and vice versa. With free Web-based tools like Yahoo Calendar (calendar.yahoo.com) it is incredibly easy and you'll have the convenience of being able to access your schedule from any computer connected to the Internet. You can even sync your online calendar to Outlook or to a Palm device. -- Plus, you can set email reminders of calendar events, and you can activate the "sharing" feature to allow other people you designate to be able to view your calendar.
