Reinforce Material with Interim Quizzes

Instead of having a test at the end of a training session, incorporate quizzes throughout the presentation where everyone can participate and reinforcement of the material takes place.

In this respect, no one will feel pressured that they have to take a test at the end of the training. I have learned PowerPoint and now conduct my training with this method by putting the quiz questions into the PowerPoint slides.

Quiz questions are shown after each major section of training. If one is answered incorrectly, everyone can then hear why and may remember this more so than from a silent test version.
