Current Federal Forms

Question: How can we find the most current federal forms, such as the latest Suspicious Activity Report or the current flood determination form?

Answer: The best source for the most current forms is the agency that issues them. For example, both FinCEN and FEMA maintain forms on their web sites. When in doubt, it is a good idea (and very easy) to check their site. Each federal form should have a date on it indicating when it was authorized for use. Check that date against the forms you have been using. If your forms show an older date, throw them out and print out new ones.
