Neat Way To Learn...

In conversation before one of my seminars in Maryland, a banker from a small bank shared with us what had happened in her "Principles of Banking" class the night before.

The instructor asked who was in favor of deregulation, and found nobody in the class was in favor. So one team was appointed to be in favor of bank regulation and the other in favor of deregulation. They had a debate over the pros and cons, with the remaining members of the class acting as judges.

By the end of the exercise, the "verdict" went to deregulation. As a matter of fact, most of the bankers in the class had changed their mind and were now in favor of deregulation.

...Wonder if we could get them to hold their classes in D.C.?
