Criminal Referral Delayed...Again

The word out of Washington, DCis that the Criminal Referral Form is finished and ready for distribution, and will probably be out before the end of the year.

The hold up this time, we are told, is the fact that the computer shell is not perfected. And the Federal Reserve Board does not want to distribute the hard copy without the disk.

When given permission to issue the forms, each financial institution will receive a supply from their primary regulator.
