Update On The Criminal Referral Form

At the BANKERS' HOTLINE 1995 Security Seminar in Kansas City, Federal Reserve Board of Governors representative Dan Soto said the talks and revisions on the new Criminal Referral Form are "coming along" and they hope to have it out well before the October l date. Two of the probable decisions are that the form will be sent to Detroit for entry into the database, and also that no documentation will travel with the form.
