Did You Know?

The Flood Disaster Protection Act applies to mobile homes if they are "attached" to real estate - that is, anchored to a permanent foundation and secured sufficiently to "...resist flotation, collapse, or lateral movement...". Just plugging it in to electric, hooking up a hose, and letting the air out of the tires is not enough.
