Great Place to Work

The employees at First Tennessee Bank, Memphis, have a way to measure how good a place they work for: their bank recently was named to Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For In America for the fifth consecutive year. Companies earn the distinction by applying to qualify, then having their employees queried by the magazine, which also does an individual evaluation of company practices. First Tennessee has received similar recognition from Working Mother and Business Week magazines.
