Two Wrongs Didn't Make It Right

After being charged with robbing a laundry, Donald Guthrie wrote a post dated check for bail.

Then he robbed a bank in Harrisburg, PA to get the money to cover the check!

He had an accident with his car fleeing the scene, and a driver stopped to help him. The driver later identified him for police. After finding the stolen money at Guthrie's home, he was charged with felony armed robbery.

This time he was held in lieu of $100,000 bail, which he couldn't raise.

They wouldn't take a check.
