Bankers' Hotline Welcomes New Advisor

Peter Djinis, who has long shared his expert advice on the Bank Secrecy Act and answered many questions for our subscribers while at his position with Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has left his government position and opened his own law offices in McLean, Virginia. Peter will continue his career in the area of anti-money laundering as a consultant, doing training and educational programs, writing articles, and representing clients as well as continuing to answer questions posed to him by our readers. We're pleased that he has accepted not only our invitation to serve as an advisor to this newsletter, but also as a "GURU" on Look for his articles starting in the near future. We wish him much success in his new venture. Peter can be reached directly at © 2002 Bankers' Hotline. Originally appeared in Bankers' Hotline, Vol. 12, No. 8, 10/02
