Ho, Ho, Ho!

It seemed the perfect disguise. During the Christmas holiday, Gregory Harland-White, 40, wearing a rented a Santa outfit complete with beard, robbed a bank. He even planned his getaway carefully, using a horse trailer down an alley next to the bank to slip into after leaving the bank, changing his clothes, and then planned to walk calmly to his vehicle which was parked a block away.

Everything went smoothly, except for one small detail. He was in such a hurry to change clothes, that he forgot to change his Santa pants for his own. Strolling calmly down the block, he was quickly identified by his bright, red pants as the robber and arrested by responding police.

He is awaiting sentencing.
