All That Work!

A little after 5 a.m. thieves broke into the back of Lloyd's TSB Bank in Wotton-under-Edge (in England). They had been hard at work for awhile even at that early hour, cutting all the telephone cables in town to disable the bank's burglar alarm system. They even had to haul off man-hole covers to get at some telephone wires.

All for nothing.

They got into the bank, but couldn't get into the vault, and couldn't get into or dislodge the ATM, so they went away empty handed.

And most likely very tired.
