FDIC Regs Clean-Up

Don't get all excited about the recent FDIC action to rescind a CRA policy statement. The policy statement - which dealt with geoanalysis - was rendered obsolete by the "new" CRA regulation. Rescinding the policy statement is therefore nothing exciting. It's simply routine regulatory clean-up. In other words, nothing has changed that hadn't already changed in 1995.
