Web Site Disclosures

In the wild rush to protect consumer's privacy, it is tempting to use customer notifications and disclosures as a marketing vehicle by stating all the positives about how the bank will use customer information. Don't forget to tell the less attractive truths about how information may be used and stored. For example, if you track who visits your web site and what they do on the web site, it's a good idea to tell the customer that you are doing this.
