Section 314(a)?

Wondering why you haven't gotten a Section 314(a) query lately? You may be out of touch. Communication of the Section 314(a) list is now managed through the Internet at a secure site. Institutions must register at the site and check the site for Section 314(a) names. Examiners are finding that not all banks have done this. Failing to do so is a serious problem!
