Savings Rates in America Too Low: Effect on Future Generations

On October 4, Ben S. Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, issued a report on the aging of America. He said that in 2008, the first members of the baby-boom generation reach the minimum age for Social Security benefits.
