FinCEN's Targeted Enforcement Effort

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)has issued a Geographic Targeting Order (GTO) for South Florida check cashers to temporarily enhance the identification requirements on customers cashing Federal tax refund checks.
